September 4th-7th. 2015 (Weekend): The Michigan State Fair.  Reviving a grand old Michigan tradition.  -Novi, MI

September 5th, 2015 (Sat):  Kids Club Craft at your local Michaels store.  Football windsock.  $2 per child and includes 30 minute class and craft supplies.  -Your local store.

September 5,6,7th, 2015:  The Michigan Renaissance Festival High Seas Adventure.  -Holly, MI.

September 5,6,7th, 2015: Hamtramck’s 36th Annual Labor Day Festival.  The Hamtramck Yacht Club Canoe Races will be on the 7th.  -Hamtramck, MI.

September 7th, 2015 (Mon): Target Family Days at Henry Ford Museum.  Free today.  -Dearborn, MI

September 11th-12th, 2015 (Fri & Sat):  10th Annual Brighton’s Smokin’ Jazz & BBQ Blues Festival. -Brighton, MI.

September 12-13th, 2015 (Sat & Sun):  The Michigan Renaissance Festival Wonders of the World.  -Holly, MI.

September 11th-13th, 2015 (Weekend): The Plymouth Fall Festival. Carnival, Tast Fest, Car Show, Craft Show and more. -Plymouth, MI

September 11th-13th, 2015 (Weekend): The Art & Apples Festival.  -Rochester, MI.

September 12th, 2015 (Sat):  Kids Club Craft at your local Michaels store.  Bird feeder.  $2 per child and includes 30 minute class and craft supplies.  -Your local store.

September 12th, 2015 (Sat): Dally in the Alley.  This high energy one day event is one to put on the calendar.  -Detroit, MI

September 12th-13th, 2015 (Sat & Sun):  Old Car Festival at Greenfield Village.  Rev it up with hundreds of authentic vehicles from the 1890s through 1932 at America’s longest-running antique car show.  -Dearborn, MI

Run wild for the detroit zoo

September 13th, 2015 (Sun): Run Wild for the Detroit Zoo.  Join thousands of runners and walkers as they lace up their running shoes for the annual Run Wild for the Detroit Zoo, sponsored by Ford, on Sunday, September 13, 2015! The event includes 5K and 10K runs, the Too Wild! 5K+10K combo, plus a noncompetitive 1.5-mile Fun Walk.  -Royal Oak, MI

September 19th, 2015 (Sat): Grub Crawl.  Foodies alert!  Samplings at 21 restaurants, raffle prizes, and live entertainment.   -W. Bloomfield, MI

September 19th, 2015 (Sat):  Kids Club Craft at your local Michaels store.  Fall hand print tree.  $2 per child and includes 30 minute class and craft supplies.  -Your local store.

September 19th, 2015 (Sat):  MSU Tollgate Fall Fair.  The Tollgate Fall Fair is a free admission, family oriented event with children’s crafts, activities and educational presentations are held on site.  Free event. -Novi, MI

September 22nd, 2015 (Tue): Detroit Tigers vs. Chicago White Sox at Comerica Park.  -Detroit, MI.

September 26th-27th, 2015 (Sat & Sun): Fall Flavors Weekend at Greenfield Village.  Cooking demonstrations at historic homes, recipe cards, farmers markets and more.  -Dearborn, MI

September 27th, 2015 (Sun): Detroit Tigers vs. Minnesota Twins.  -Detroit, MI.
